By accessing or using our website or services in any way — including browsing, purchasing, registering an account, or submitting a contact form — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Services and Membership:

LMS provides HR professionals, vocational rehabilitation specialists, and related professionals with access to medical leave and accommodation management training, tools, templates, and consulting resources. Our offerings may include:

– One-on-one consulting sessions and group Q&A meetings

SMS Messaging Terms:

Leave Management may send SMS messages to clients and prospects who have opted in to receive communications. By providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting to receive SMS messages from LMS — through a web form, opt-in checkbox, verbal consent, or by replying YES to a confirmation text — you agree to the following SMS terms.

SMS messages sent by LMS may include:

Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
Workshop and webinar notifications
Course and membership updates
Compliance news and educational content
Promotional offers and service announcements
Customer support communications
Consent is not required. You are not required to consent to receiving SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any product or service from Leave Management Solutions.
SMS Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. You may also contact us directly to request removal of your number from our messaging list.

Message & Data Rates:

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to you or received from you, depending on your mobile carrier plan. LMS is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier in connection with SMS communications.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer:

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on factors outside LMS’s control, including network availability and carrier policies. LMS does not guarantee delivery of any SMS message.

Mobile Information Sharing:

No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, and consent records, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile data collected through our SMS program is used exclusively to deliver messages within that program and to maintain accurate opt-in and opt-out records as required by applicable telecommunications regulations including TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) guidelines.

Intellectual Property & License:

Unless otherwise stated, Leave Management Solutions owns all intellectual property rights for content on this website and within our membership resources, including but not limited to training materials, forms, templates, flowcharts, checklists, written content, and course videos. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased materials for your own professional use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from any LMS content without prior written permission from LMS. Unauthorized use of LMS materials may result in termination of your membership and legal action.

Payment and Refunds:

All purchases are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize LMS to charge the payment method provided for the amount due. Membership fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in a specific offer at the time of purchase. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
