We collect information in two primary ways: information you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use our website.

Information You Provide Directly:

  • Account & Registration Data: Name, email address, job title, employer/organization name, phone number, and password when you create a member account, register for training, or purchase a membership.
  • Contact & Inquiry Data: Information submitted through our contact forms, free demo requests, consultation scheduling forms, or mailing list sign-ups.
  • Payment Information: Billing name, address, and payment card details. Payment transactions are processed by secure third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Professional Information: Years of experience, education background, and CV/resume if submitted as part of a vocational rehabilitation specialist referral list application.
  • Communications: Emails, messages, or feedback you send to us directly or through the website.

Information Collected Automatically:

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and navigation paths through our website.
  • Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and referring URLs.
  • Analytics Data: Session information collected through Google Analytics and similar tools.

SMS Opt-In Information

Leave Management Solutions may offer SMS/text message communications for service updates, training reminders, and promotional information. The following terms govern our SMS program:

Program Detail Description
Opt-In Method By providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting (e.g., checking an opt-in box, submitting a form with SMS consent language, or replying YES to a confirmation text), you agree to receive SMS messages from LMS.
Message Frequency Message frequency varies. We estimate no more than 4–6 messages per month, including appointment reminders, workshop notifications, and occasional promotional offers.
Message & Data Rates Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. LMS is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier.
Opt-Out Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also contact us directly to remove your number.
Help Reply HELP to any SMS message for assistance, or contact us via email listed in the Contact section below.
Consent Not Required Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service from LMS.

Mobile Information Sharing Statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data collected by Leave Management Solutions will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or messaging programs. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookie and Tracking Practices

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and gather analytical data. We use strictly necessary cookies for core site functions, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand website usage, and advertising pixels (Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn) to measure ad performance and retarget visitors.
