By completing our training, you can become a Certified or Senior Certified ADA Accommodation Blueprint™ Compliance Consultant and join our national referral list which gives employers access to Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants who have been trained in the historically developed Integrated Medical Leave and Accommodation Management System™ over the last 30 years.

Become an LMS-Certified ADA Accommodation Blueprint™ Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant! Join our nationwide network of consultants trained to support employers through the ADA accommodation process using our ADA Accommodation Blueprint Compliance™ – Voc Rehab Services training program. Are you ready to take the next step in your professional career? Join our Vocational Rehabilitation Referral list as an LMS Certified or Senior Certified professional through our exclusive training and vetting process.
Certified LMS ADA Accommodation Blueprint Compliant Consultant: This is your gateway to delivering credible ADA compliance support.
Requirements:
- Complete the ADA Accommodation Compliance Blueprint™ – Voc Rehab Services Training (U.S. or CA)
- Attend end-of-module review meetings once a month
- Participate in monthly Voc Rehab Member Meetings (max 3 absences/year or risk losing your spot on list)
- Pass 3 LMS-reviewed GFIMS with no compliance challenges
- Maintain active membership in good standing Certified consultants are eligible for referral opportunities through LMS.
Senior Certified LMS ADA Accommodation Blueprint Compliant Consultant: For those with experience and consistency in implementation.
Requirements:
- Meet all Certified Consultant criteria
- Successfully complete 10 GFIMS with no compliance challenges
- Demonstrate ongoing excellence and accountability
Senior Certified professionals may receive priority on high-demand referral projects.

All Certified Consultants must successfully complete all modules of LMS's ADA Accommodation Compliance Blueprint™ – Voc Rehab Services training program and attend a monthly meeting at the end of every training module.
Subscribe minimally to LMS’s Voc Rehab Meeting Only Membership and attend monthly LMS ADA Accommodation Compliance Blueprint™ - Voc Rehab Services Meetings. Consultants may miss no more than three meetings per calendar year to be able to stay in good standing. These meetings give you the opportunity to bring all of your questions and challenges to LMS to get guidance, mentoring, and assistance as you provide services.
- If you are wanting to utilize LMS forms, letters, checklists, and flowcharts to help manage potential clients, you may subscribe to LMS's ADA Accommodation Compliance Blueprint™ Voc Rehab Services Membership. You will gain 24/7 access to all of our pre-made resources as well as the mandatory monthly meetings.
Sign the contract between you and LMS to join our referral list! You will be on a pending Certified referral list until you complete 3 successful GFIM with no challenges. You will then be moved to our Certified ADA Accommodation Blueprint Compliant Consultant list. Once you complete 10 GFIM with no challenges then you will be moved to our Senior Certified ADA Accommodation Blueprint Compliant Consultant list.
